WGL Refresher
People booking an WGL refresher tend to fall in to 2 categories.
The main group is those how have completed their training course and are thinking about doing their assessment in the near future. Perhaps you feel you need a refresher because you did your training course many years ago or because despite doing the training recently you still feel you lack confidence in one or more key areas of the syllabus.
The second group is those who passed their WGL assessment sometime ago and have either done little personal walking recently or have not been leading groups and are looking to boost their confidence and bring their skills back up to speed so they can use the award again in the future.

The most common area people like further help with is Navigation. If you need to work on your poor visibility navigation a day can be arranged where you go out in the afternoon and stay out into darkness.
For the WGL refresher course you should have completed an WGL training course and be looking to do your WGL assessment in the near future. Or you may already hold your WGL award but feel rather rusty and looking to bring yourself back up to speed so you feel confident to use the award again.
