Booking Information

The booking process runs like this:

  1. Decide what course you would like to attend and send an email with your preferred dates
  2. We will respond confirming the availability and the price for the course
  3. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Complete and return the online booking form.
  5. If less than a month before the course start date pay the full course fee by paypal. If more than a month before the course pay a 50% deposit.
  6. Consider arranging suitable holiday insurance that includes cancellation cover in case you are unable to attend the course due to accident or illness.
  7. Check kit requirements using the kit lists and make sure you have everything necessary for your course.
  8. With 1 month to start of course pay the remaining 50% balance.

BMC Participtation Statement

The BMC recognises that climbing, hill walking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions.
